Sui works on a slow fashion philosophy whereby we stock minimal pieces per style, and at many times make the dress on order. We create our pieces with a lot of love and care – taking care of every detail. As we work with nature friendly fabrics and chemical free dyes – our colors may slightly differ from piece to piece as to what is shown on our website. We believe this is a lovely charm that comes with sustainable clothing, and it allows us to give you a unique piece of your own. Our production process is set up to result in minimal waste due to over production.
Our production process, vendors and Supply Chain
Our current vendors are based in Gujarat and Mumbai-
Our sampling and production is done at our workshop in New Delhi. This is also where your pieces will be produced. Our production team consists of old and new ‘karigaars’, many who have been with our parent company Sue Mue for over 30 years. It’s truly a family thing.
As per our minimal waste policy, we are working towards creative ways of upcycling our fabric waste. Last season we used it to create table clothes and sewing kits. This season we are launching a range of accessories with the same.
Are your products organically certified?
Our cotton fabrics are GOTS certified along with the hemp cotton mixes. Rest assured our main aim as a brand is the love for our planet, so we do our best to give you sustainably produced clothing.
Why do you work on a made to order basis?
We believe in the mantra of slow fashion and also working towards a cleaner industry. Slow for us is finding time to create pieces with love, and give each clothing their due importance. Hence we believe in making every garment with a lot of care. We also encourage our customers to take care of their garments, to ensure a long lasting relationship with their clothing.

Most of our pieces if in stock are shipped within 1-2 days business days of the order placement, however if the piece is on backorder– it would be mentioned in the product description so you are well aware before placing your order. Back orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.

Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes, we do take orders over phone or via Whatsapp, please contact our customer care at +919810024304. All orders will be confirmed subject to clearance of payment only.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Chances are your order has already gone into processing quite soon after you have placed your order, hence in most cases it will not be possible for us to change or cancel your order. We advise you to call us right after placing the order, in case that you would want to cancel or change the same. We will then proceed and issue a credit note for you for the same amount for subsequent buy.
We do not work on refunds.
Can I cancel a partial order?
Please call us right away if you’d like to cancel a partial order, if the order hasn’t gone into processing we can assist you with the same. A credit note will be issued for the cancelled amount.
What does it mean if an item is on Backorder/Waitlisted?
If an item is on backorder, this means it is available on made to order. We will be making a new piece for you and the timeline for the same is 5-7 business days from the date of order.
If an item is waitlisted, it means that we will most likely be making more. Sign up with your email and let us know your preferred size. We will email you to let you know when it becomes available.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
If the order is in stock, it’ll be shipped in 1-2 business days. Domestic Deliveries normally take 2-4 business days.
If the product is on backorder– we will be creating a new piece for you (yay!), it’ll then be shipped with 5-7 business days.
We will offer regular updates on the status of your orders.
For international orders, it will take 7-15 business days for the product to be delivered from the date of placing the order. We do not offer exchange or return on international orders.
Can I order a customized dress?
We offer general customizations such as the length of the trousers, but we cannot customize an outfit for you. For bespoke outfits you can visit our parent company www.suemue.com

What is your return policy?
We can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions –
1. If the item has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect
2. If wrong item has been delivered to you (wrong size/ color/ product)
Other reasons for return :
If there are any other reasons leading to a return of the product (wrong shipping address entered or no one to take delivery despite repeated attempts), we will treat it on its merit on a case-by-case basis. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery.
How do I start a Return?
Please write to us at email@example.com, with the order details, reason and an image of the item for return, within 7 calendar days of the delivery and we will get back to you within 2 business days of receiving the mail. We will not entertain any returns for which we have not received mail in the mentioned time.
Things to note -
-Please ensure the returned product is unused, unworn and has its tags and packaging intact, as we will not be able to accept pieces without the same.
-Replacements are made for the same product or style only. In the event we are unable to provide you with the replacement product, we will offer a refund or credit note. If it is a refund it will be made in the original method of payment.
Can I return purchases in store?
Yes you may return the purchased pieces to our store. The same return policy as stated above will apply.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
We maintain minimal inventory and many orders are serviced on made to order – so if you have ordered the wrong size, please contact our customer care immediately. We won’t be able to exchange it once it is in production. We strongly suggest you refer to our size guide before placing the order.

Do you offer reverse pick-up?
No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.
